How to Make Delicious Rice Liwet

Ingredients Rice Liwet
  • 300 grams of rice, washed
  • 500 ml coconut milk
  • 100 ml cooking oil
  • 50 grams of rice anchovies, fried dried
  • 10 pieces of green chili
  • 4 pieces of red onion sliced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 stalks lemongrass



How to Make Rice Liwet


Prepare rice, pour into pan liwet.Tuang water, cooking oil, chili pepper, onion, bay leaf and salt. stir

Put the pan over the fire liwet / stove, cook over low heat until the rice becomes mature

Sprinkle anchovies on top of rice. Warm rice 5 minutes. Remove and serve warm
